He is a community leader with a strong focus on reinvesting back into our community.

Dirk administers all aspects of our Agency’s production and manages our key carrier long-term relationships by partnering with industry leaders. Dirk continues to lead our risk advisors in enhancing their technical skills to best serve our clients. Dirk hand selects the most effective talent for our Agency that will provide the highest level of consultation services. Dirk is Past President of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. He was responsible for establishing new direction within the Association’s Partner Carrier Relationship Program.

Phyllis is one of the Furman Agency's most knowledgeable insurance professionals. For over thirty-eight years with the Furman Agency, Phyllis demonstrates her leadership that assists our support staff in achieving their client service goals. Phyllis has achieved a distinguished designation as a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter and is recognized many times as an insurance/risk instructor at local colleges.

Rob specializes in developing creative risk management solutions for middle market privately held firms. He appears regularly before local, state and national trade groups as an established speaker and author of various risk management and surety related matters. Rob is completing his 20th year in a leadership position with the Furman Agency. Rob is deeply engaged in mitigating our client's risk, improving efficiencies, and making an impact on their profitability.

Carlos is recognized as a leader in managing risk and implementing creative strategies to control insurance costs. He is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Carlos has earned one of the most recognized designations in the insurance industry, Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter. Through his leadership, expertise and service as a trusted advisor to his clients for over 15 years, Carlos maintains a client retention level that is exceptional.
